  • Retainer and Subscription-Based Services

Details, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are subject to formal proposals, invoices, or agreements issued by Right-Door.

2. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree:

  • Not to engage in illegal or unauthorized use
  • Not to reproduce, copy, or resell website content without permission
  • Not to attempt hacking, bypassing security, or disrupting platform functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access without notice if misuse is detected.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:

  • All payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced or access to deliverables has been provided.
  • Hosting, SEO, marketing retainers, and subscription services operate on recurring billing cycles.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension, delayed delivery, or additional charges.
  • Project work may be paused if invoices are overdue.

Invoices must be settled within the agreed period (typically 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, unless stated otherwise).

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated:

  • All website code, designs, strategies, written content, and assets developed by Right-Door remain our intellectual property until full payment is cleared.
  • After full settlement, rights may be transferred to the client—excluding licensed tools, themes, plugins, or third-party software.
  • Client-provided content remains the property of the client.

Licenses for premium tools, hosting, images, third-party integrations, or software renewals may require separate fees.

5. Project Timelines & Revisions

Timelines provided are estimates and depend on:

  • Client responsiveness
  • Availability of required materials
  • Scope clarity and change requests

Revision limits are specified per proposal. Requests beyond scope may incur additional charges.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Right-Door may use third-party services such as:

  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Hosting platforms
  • CRM systems
  • Plugins or security tools

We are not responsible for outages, policy restrictions, price changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during collaboration.

This obligation continues even after the contract ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

Right-Door is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, traffic, business opportunities, or ranking fluctuations
  • Issues arising from client-side software, hosting, DNS, or hacking attempts
  • Delays caused by force majeure or client non-responsiveness

Maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the total invoice amount paid for that specific project or service period.

9. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may cancel ongoing services with written notice (terms vary per contract).
  • Hosting, marketing, or subscription-based services may require 30 days’ notice for termination.
  • Outstanding payments must be cleared prior to handover or access release.

10. Marketing & Portfolio Rights

Right-Door may showcase completed work (website screenshots, campaigns, designs, testimonials) in its portfolio or online channels unless a written NDA prohibits it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts unless otherwise agreed contractually.

12. Amendments

Right-Door reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
